Unlike traditional conventional saunas, infrared saunas do not heat the air around an individual where instead over 80% of the heat is directly absorbed into the body. Infrared saunas use infrared panels to penetrate human tissue and warm the body resulting in numerous health benefits. Infrared sauna sessions range from 15 to 60 minutes at a temperature ranging from 125-155 degrees Fahrenheit.
