Weeding Out the B.S (Bologna Slices!)

For those of you who know me, know I'm all about research and evidence-based practices. Now a study exists for a topic I've been subjectively thinking/ stating for years. 8 out of 9 social media health and weight loss 'influencers' in the UK were essentially sharing non-factual and opinion-based advice rather than credible, evidence-based practices (this included an M.D and a certified nutritionist). A study presented at the European Congress of Obesity (ECO) found that 1 in 9 health 'influencers' was sharing/ promoting evidence-based advice. Let's talk about the sympathetic nervous system. Ever give a presentation or public speech and you get sweaty palms/ pits, the hair on your back stands up, butterflies in your stomach and your mouth is so dry you can barely formulate words?
